Sarah is passionate about helping others to improve their health, wellbeing and resilience so that they can thrive and live to their best potential. 

The Cooking and Wellbeing Program
In the form of psychosocial support, this is an outreach program designed to help young people and adults of all abilities learn how to build their autonomy, nurture their sense of wellbeing and build resilience against mental and physical ill health through nutrition and self care practices. Sarah teaches her clients about food and nourishment and the practical skills of how to plan, budget, shop for and cook delicious satisfying meals. Sarah also helps her clients to devleop their understanding of the concept of wellbeing and the connectedness between physical and mental health and the protective role health and lifestyle can play in managing or reducing symptoms, complementing other treatments and therapy. The Explore with Food Program
Sarah Lynne's Explore with Food Program is a flexible, one-on-one introductory program designed to help children and young people of all abilities overcome restricted eating patterns or food aversion and build confidence with eating a variety of food, while also supporting the development of communication and social skills and physical and mental health. This program can be financially supported through the NDIS under plan or self-managed plans. The Nourishing with Compassion Program

This program is a holistic, non-diet approach to wellbeing that moves away from food rules and instead teaches, inspiring

self-awareness, compassion and care as a motivator, how to eat, plan and cook in a way that nourishes your body, mind and soul (the joy factor). This program is for people who are ready to shift away from a dieting to a nourishing mentality, honouring health, happiness and peace with food. Click HERE to download the program and read more.
